The Licensing Model for IBM Embedded Runtimes & Lotus Expeditor

The OEM licensing model for IBM products such as WebSphere Everyplace Micro/Custom Environemnt and Lotus Expeditor is not made for end users but for resellers and VARs who add substantial components to the runtimes (i.e. business applications, hardware devices). The OEM contract does not allow simple reselling of the inital deliverables.

In general, the contract is made to match fexible high volume purchase. MicroDoc offers a "step up pricing" model based on the annual purchase volume. Payments are usually made based upon actual sales on a quarterly basis. Please check back for details.
